Laille is a decidedly friendly miqo'te whose free time outside of work is largely spent travelling and visiting sightseeing locations around Eorzea or even further abroad. A practitioner of red magic, Laille is rarely seen without her rapier at her side.At present time, Laille isn't finding much to keep her occupied outside of her duties with the Maelstrom -- if your company or group has need of skilled magic users, and is above-the-board with its operations, a pitch to her might just find you with a practiced mage at your disposal.Laille is currently employed as a Captain with the Maelstrom. She also is always looking for more contacts, be it for magic, other combat arts, friends, or otherwise --those with a background in Keeper tribes are of current particular interest! About
Laille was born in the Shroud, however, she was brought to Ul'dah at a young age. She has next to no recollection of her time before Ul'dah and her mannerisms and demeanor are largely those you'd expect of an Eorzean raised in Ul'dah before moving to Vylbrand and working for the Maelstrom -- though she's picked up some speaking habits from those in Limsa Lominsa. Laille has been sent to war during the Ala Mhigan campaign, as well as the ongoing conflict with Garlemald and has returned home during the current stalemate, if slightly worse for the wear.Laille has since worked for various companies that helped to deal with paranormal happenings, assisting the Grand Companies in her capacity as an Officer for these companies, as well as doing so for the Maelstrom. She's recently taken up astromancy again, as well as a beginning interest in dance, and is more than happy to practice with any who would like to!She is also currently looking for any information regarding the birth tribe she was born into and taken from at a young age. Perhaps someone or something related to Keeper tribes of the last three decades in the Shroud can help point her in the right direction...Those who know her best, or those who have an ear to the rumor mill may have also heard that her curiosity has her looking further into other potential applications of magic.
